- Rub enough red oil inside the pot.. use your spinach leaf to wrap the water yam..(little by little) put into a pot
- Pour in your cooked snail,fish and periwinkle into the wrapped water yam..
- Add hot water to the level of the pot contents..add your palm oil and cook for 5min.. your ekpang is ready
