- Heat water in pan. Add lemongrass strips cut in to small piece, tulsi,cloves, grated ginger, black tea, cardamom powder, dalchini powder, sugar and bring to boil.
- Add milk and cook for another 3-4 minutes on low flame. Now strain the tea and keep aside.
- Heat a clay mug on direct flame until very hot from all the sides.
- Keep rotating the mug while heating.
- Now keep the hot clay mug in a pan.
- Pour the tea in the hot mug.let is sizzle for minute.
- Now pour the tea in another small clay mug (kulhad) and serve..
