  1. Boil and mash beetroot, carrot, potato & peas. Then add green chilli and coriander leaves.
  2. Add all masalas and mix well. Make roll type shapes and keep aside.
  3. Dip in slurry and coat with breadcrumbs. Do this process twice. Keep aside.
  4. Fry in white oil on low to medium heat till it turns light brown. Once fried, sprinkle Black salt and serve hot with mustard sauce or chopped onion and cucumber.
