  1. Wrap up the rice tightly in plastic wrap and squish it into a round shape. You will be wrapping up Sally with an egg crepe, so if you mix her rice with ketchup, it's even more delicious!
  2. Heat up some oil in a frying pan and, mix the beaten egg with a pinch of katakuriko, and make 1 egg crepe. Wrap the egg crepe around the rice ball for Sally
  3. Cut a slice of carrot about 2.3 mm thick. Put it into a plastic bag with a bit of water and heat in the microwave for 1.5 minutes. Use a long oblong cutter to cut out a piece of the carrot.
  4. Use scissors to cut out facial features from the nori seaweed. Put on top of the still-wrapped rice balls to check the sizing.
  5. Remove the plastic wrap, place the facial features on, and position the rice balls in the bento box to finish. This time, I used sakura denbu for Moon's cheeks.
  6. You can assemble the faces the night before and wrap lightly in plastic. In the morning, just microwave and pack into the bento box.
