- Get 100 gms peanuts
- Prepare 50 gms sugar powder

I have seen corn flakes in mixture, but have not tried preparing mixture with cornflakes as main ingredient.
Steps to make Corn chevda:
- Clean corn poha
- Heat oil and fry peanuts
- Take a one bowl mix all ingredients like chilli, turmeric, salt, tatri, sugar powder
- Heat oil in a pan on full flame and add corn poha in to and fried as well
- Sprinkle masala on fried corn poha
- Add curry leaves and peanuts in corn poha mix well now ready your corn chevda
I prepared this same way as poha chivda and turned out really good. Corn Chivda is a super tasty snack which is extremely easy to make and will leave you craving for more. CORN CHIVDA (Spiced Indian Cornflakes Snack Mix). Heat sufficient oil in a kadai, slide the raw corn flakes and deep fry till they expand, become golden and crisp. Corn chivda is a crunchy, munching snack which can be eaten any time of the day.
