For the ones who had trouble getting the Panna Cotta out of the dishes. I highly recommend trying a silicone muffin pan. Panna Cotta is a lovely ivory colored, custard-like pudding that has a wonderfully rich flavor and silky smooth texture that takes just minutes to prepare. For this recipe we are using unflavored powdered gelatin as leaf gelatin is hard to come by in North America.
Instructions to make Panna Cotta in 5 minutes:
- Whisk the cornstarch and sugar in the sauce pan thoroughly, and gradually add the milk, stirring constantly.
- Heat the pan over medium heat, once the mixture comes to a simmer, lower the heat to low heat, and stir constantly with a wooden spatula for 3 minutes.
- Pour the mixture into molds moistened with water, and chill in the fridge until it sets (if you want the surface to be nice and smooth, wet the tips of your fingers, and level out the surface with your fingers).
- Serve with your favorite sauce. Espresso sauce.

- Caramel sauce
But for some reason I find panna cotta (literally 'cooked cream' in Italian) absolutely delicious. Strangely, I enjoy the rich creamy taste, but it's also something about that slightly wobbly Don't you just love those? Honestly, this raspberry Greek yogurt panna cotta takes mere minutes to make. This panna cotta is a soft and deliciously sweet no-bake dessert that you'll want to make time and time again and only takes five minutes prep. To make panna cotta soak the gelatine leaves in cold water until soft.
