- Mix and wash both the lentils,add turmeric & salt and let it boil over medium flame,once done keep it aside,for tarka take a pan heat oil add gg paste fry until aroma comes out,then add chopped onions fry till they are light brown,then add chilli powder,cumin,corriander powder,salt,tomato paste,red chilli,bhunofy and add in daal. - For rice: - Take another pan add water salt and cumin bring it to boil,then add rice once done drain the excess water and put it on dum. - Enjoy sindhi tarka daal with zeer
