- Prepare 1 raw mango

- Pressure cooker corn cob with some water and 1 teaspoon of salt. After one whistle, cook on low flame for 5 minutes. When cool cut in roundles.
- Wash and Peel raw mango, beetroot, onion, garlic, ginger & cut into small pieces. In a pressure cooker take these veggies, sugar, salt and 2/3rd cup water. Cook for 2-3 minutes on low flame after first whistle.
- When pressure released and mixture become cool, grind in mixi bowl with mint leaves.
- We need thick mixture so that it can coat corncob roundles. So if dressing mixture is thin cook for some time to make it thick.
- Now insert skewers in each roundles, coat with mixture, sprinkle with roasted sesame seeds and serve.
