  2. Get 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  3. Prepare 1 teaspoon roasted cumin powder

  6. Take 2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  7. Get 2 tablespoon oil

  1. Peel and chop the arbis into slices..
  2. Then heat oil in a cooker and add chopped onions and cumin seeds to it..
  3. When your onions become brown in colour add the chopped arbis to it..
  4. Fry your arbi for atleast 5-6 mins..
  5. After that add all the spices to it👇🏻..
  6. Mix well and add finely chopped green chillies to it..
  7. Then add about 2 cups of water and close the lid of the cooker..
  8. After two whistles on high flame switch off the flame..
  9. Then open the lid of the cooker and squeeze a lemon in it.
  10. Take it out in a serving bowl and garnish it with chopped green chillies and coriander leaves..
  11. Serve it with chapati and raita..
