- Make ready 2 tin boiled chickpeas
- Get 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- Make ready 1/2 cup cream
- Prepare 2 tsp sesame seeds paste
- Take to taste Salt and pepper
- Take 2 cloves garlic
- Take 5 tbsp water
- Take 5-6 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Instructions to make Shish Tauk Platter:
- In a big mixing bowl add chicken and all the ingredients for marination and mix well. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or keep overnight.
- Now in a wok or pan, heat oil and meanwhile set the chicken chunks onto the skewers.
- Shallow fry the chicken on medium high flame for about 2-3 mins each side.
- Meanwhile in another wok or pan add oil and add all the vegetables and fry on medium high flame.
- Now heat the coal and place all the cooked chicken skewers on the vegetables.
- Place a small piece of aluminium foil and place the coal on it. Add ghee on the coal and cover the lid of the wok for about 3-4 minutes.
