- This is how to make my mandi spice, heating up the pan add coriander seeds, cloves, green cardamom sticks, cinnamon sticks and lemon zest, roast them off the heat and let it cool down, then grind them to a fine powder.

- After 30 minutes remove it from oven, then sprinkle some brown onions and mix the rice
