  1. First of all, go down low 😭
  2. I marinated my turkey for 24 hours with maggi, vegetable oil, pepper & salt. Did the same with the goat meat. Left them in the fridge. When it was time to cook, I put them in the oven for 30 mins then fried them.
  3. After grinding the tomatoes, pepper and onions I boiled them for 10 mins and also parboiled the rice for the same time.
  4. Put the oil on the burner then pour in the tomatoes and fry for a few minutes before adding the parboiled rice. Mix them together thorough. Add some water and cover the pot with a foil. Let it boil. When the rice is boiled, add sliced onions and let the rice steam for a few minutes.
