- Haluskan cabe, bawang, tomat jahe dan kunyit. tumis hingga harum
- Masukkan daun salam, daun jeruk dan sereh aduk sampai matang, tidak langu tambahkan saos tomat, saos tiram, garam, gula dan kaldu cek rasa
- Masukkan ikan goreng aduk rata dan sajikan
