  1. Smash the tofu until it breaks smooth, add egg whites, garlic, seasonings, corn starch, and scalion.
  2. Use two spoons to mould the dough into oval or round shape. Carefully put into the frying pan. If you have deep fryer is better. But i use just ordinary pan and worked just fine. Wait until one side is golden, and turn it over. When both sides turn golden brown they are ready to be taken out of the fryer.
