- Add saffron, Cardamom, powdered sugar and mango puree. Adjust sweetness as per taste and sweetness of mango
- Whisk until well combined. Add Mango Shrikhand to serving bowls. Refrigerate until ready to serve
- Garnish with saffron, slivered almonds and pistachio. Best served chilled. Eat as is or with puris
