Instructions to make Korean omellete:
  1. Finely chopped the onion, capsicum and carrot.
  2. In a bowl, take the chopped veggies,add salt and pepper to it and mix well.
  3. In the vegetables add four eggs and beat it.Mix well.
  4. Heat the oil in a pan.Add a ladle full of egg batter.
  5. Slowly start rolling the egg for one side and again add a ladle full of egg batter.
  6. Repeat the same method for remaining batter.
  7. Roll completely and carefully flip and cook till done from both sides.

The cooking technique for this omelet is eggs-tra fun! I made a short video to demonstrate the technique since showing is so much easier than telling. A popular Korean breakfast sandwich sold by street food vendors. It's delicious and packed with cabbage, carrots and green onion. Usually the street food version is accompanied with ham and cheese but I wanted to make mine vegetarian.
