- Chopped the moongre. Rinse them in running water 3-4 times. Heat oil in a pan add potatoes.
- Saute the potatoes for 3-4 mint on a medium flame. Add the chopped moongre. Stir the veggies and saute again for 3-4 mint.

Now add in mustard seeds and cumin seeds. When the seeds flutter lower the flame and add in turmeric powder and both the dry red chili and slit green chili and stir again.
