Steps to make Bitter gourd sabji:
  1. Cut the bitter gourd in round shape add salt and keep a side for 1 hour.when you fry the bitter gourd then rinse it with your hand and fry it. peel the Potatoes and cut into small peices, cut the onions in small pieces.
  2. Take kadai heat the oil and fry all the vegeis one by one and keep a side.
  3. When fry onion add green chillies,salt,red chili powder, aamchur powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, coriendor powder, fry bitter gourd and fry Potatoes,mix it all well..
  4. Ready your bitter gourd sabji serve hot with chapati or parantha as your wish.
