  2. Add all spices and tomato paste. Fry it upto become brown in colour.
  3. Add boiled sweet corn and fry it for 5 minutes
  4. Now add water for gravy. And salt for taste. And now garnish it with Coriander leaves. Enjoy it.

It tastes great when served with naan, chapatti but can also be served with rice too. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Once the cumin seeds crackles add ginger/garlic/onion paste. Sweet corn shimla mirch sabzi is ready. You can serve it with,chapati, paratha, naan or rice.
