- Take sweet corn cut into two piece. Take steamer fill it wth water and steam the corn for 10 minutes.
- Take sliced tomatoes and onions and put it in mixer jar and make a fine purry of it separately.
- Take 1/2 cup boiling water and dip kashmiri dry red chilli 2 and keep it for 1 an hour. Same way take 1/2 cup boiling water and put 8 cashews and 1 tbsp watermelon seeds and dip it for an hour. Then make a paste of both things separately.
- For tempering. Take a pan and heat it and put oil and add onion purry cook it for 5 min. Then add tomato puree and cook it for 5 min. Now add red chilli paste and white paste and cook it for 5 min more.
- Now add garam masala, kitchen king masala and punjabi masal and mix it well. Then add salt, chilli powder and chat masala and cook for 2 min. At last add sweet corn, butter and grate 1 cheese cube and kasuri methi mix it well and cook for 5 min.
- Sabji is ready. Serve it with grated cheese and with paratha.
