In Thailand it's very common to find green, sour mango; however. Deep-fried and flavored with Thai curry, coconut milk, topped with bamboo shoots, mushrooms, bell peppers, basil and kaffir lime leaf. Add coconut milk and chicken broth. Bring to simmer, stirring to dissolve the curry paste into the liquid.
