- Prepare 1 tbs Crushed Dried Thai Pepper (or fresh ground black pepper if that's what you have)
- Take 1 tbs Sesame Seeds (lightly toasted if possible)
- Take 1 tsp minced ginger
Mix in the red bell pepper, red onion, and cucumber. Pour the sesame oil on top and stir to combine everything. Salt and pepper to taste and garnish with sesame seeds before serving. Combine sugar and remaining ingredients in a small bowl, stirring well with a whisk.
