- Add Soya sauce and white vinegar and mix it well.
- Add paneer cubes in the mixture and mix it well.
- Add chilli flakes, oreganos and chopped coriander leaves. Mix well.
- Take one kulcha and add Paneer mixture on one half and add salsa sauce or any other sauce / chutney on the other half.
- Grease both sides
- Grill the kulcha for 7-10 mins.

- Tips :If you are using oven, grill it for 10 min at 150 deg C else directly use grilled sandwich toaster. It will be a better and easy option.
