  11. Make ready 25 gms Jaggery
  12. Make ready 1/2 tbsp cumin seeds
  13. Take 1/2 tbsp red chilli powder
  14. Get To taste Salt
  15. Take as needed Water
  16. Make ready For making roasted peanuts
  17. Get 50 gm Peanuts
  18. Make ready 1/2 tbsp red chilli powder
  19. Prepare 1/2 tbsp oil
  20. Take to taste Salt
  21. Get For making wade
  22. Take 1 bowl barnyard millets(bhagar/sama chawal)
  23. Get 4 small size potatoes
  24. Take 2 tbsp ginger and green chilli paste
  25. Take 3 tbsp coriander leaves
  26. Get 1 tbsp black pepper powder
  27. Take 2 bowl water
  28. Prepare as needed Oil for frying
  29. Make ready as needed Dahi(yoghurt or curd)
  30. Prepare to taste Salt

To make taramind chutney, take taramind, jaggery, salt, cumin seeds, red chilli powder, water in a blender jar and blend it properly. Steps to make Farali Dahi Wade:
  1. To make coriander chutney, in a blender jar take coriander leaves, green chillies, ginger, roasted peanuts, salt, lemon juice, water and blend it nicely.
  2. To make taramind chutney, take taramind, jaggery, salt, cumin seeds, red chilli powder, water in a blender jar and blend it properly.
  3. To make masala peanuts, heat oil in a pan and add salt, red chilli powder and roasted peanuts to it. Mix well and cook it just for a minute.
  4. In a cooker, add barnyard millets(bhagar), potato pieces, water and pressure cook till 4-5 whistles.
  5. Once it gets cool, add coriander leaves, ginger chilli paste, pepper powder, salt and mix everything nicely.
  6. Now make medium sized round balls from this mixture. Make sure there are no cracks in the balls.
  7. Heat oil in a pan and then fry the balls at low to medium flame till they become golden brown.
  8. Now blend dahi using hand blender to smoothen it's consistency.
  9. Press 4 wadas gently and put it in a plate. Now pour dahi properly above all. Add both the chutneys, peanuts as per taste. Sprinkle it with red chilli powder, salt, cumin powder. Garnish it with coriander.
