  2. Make ready 1/4 cup patent flour

Crisp, crunchy and an absolutely delicious pop up for the taste buds, Golgappa is a street food loved by one and all. Fill them with any flavored water or tamarind chutney, sweet chutney, Khatta Pani Puri ka Paani - they create a party on your palate. Moreover, you can also make Dahi Puri from it. Gol Gappay Water: In pot,add water,tamarind pulp,carom seeds,chaat masala,salt,black salt,dry ginger powder and red chili powder,mix it and bring it to boil.

Instructions to make Golgappay:
  1. Knead the dough by combining semolina, flour, baking powder,baking soda, salt and gradually add lukewarn water to make a perfect soft dough. Let it rest for 10 minutes while covered nicely.
  2. Now roll the dough in a round shape and cut circles by the help of any lid or a cookie cutter. Keep these small circles in a plate and cover with samp cloth
  3. Deep fry the gappas in hot oil on medium flame. Flip them once they are fully round and aired.
  4. Now prepare khatta paani. In a blender add mint, tamarind pulp, kala namak, red chilli powder, tatri powder, chaat masala and zeera powder and water and blend until everything is well combined. Sieve this mixture. Your khatta paani is ready.
  5. Now assemble the gappas by filling them with boiled chickpeas, potatoes, onion, tomato, green chutney, imli chutney, sweetened yogurt and finally sprinkle chaat masala over them. Serve with khatta paani. Your yummy gol gappas are ready ❤
