- Take some batter in bowl.Add chopped onion and chillies and some coriander leaves,salt to taste and mix well.
- Heat the paniyaram pan.Add little oil into it. Pour the batter with spoon till half.Then put the cheese pieces in between and cover it again with the batter.
- Put all the paniyaram cover it with lid for 3 mins.
- Then turn on other side and allow it to cook till crisp.
- Serve hot with some coconut chutney or sauce.
