  1. Wash and boil meat and stockfish add seasoning cubes,salt and onion boil till tender.
  2. Wash and slice atama leaves and waterleaves.
  3. In the meat add palmoil,pepper,crayfish,seasoning and salt to taste then stir.
  4. Add washed dry fish,and waterleaves allow to boil for 5minutes.
  5. Add atama leaves stir and allow to boil foe 5minutes.
