  1. In a food processor combine the fresh raw baby spinach the green onions and water chestnuts and chopped into very fine small pieces.
  2. In a large mixing bowl combine mayonnaise sour cream and the KNORS spinach mix..
  3. Combine the chopped spinach onions and water chestnuts to the mayonnaise sour cream mixture. Stir until well combined.
  4. Pour spinach dip into a serving container and sprinkle with a salad supreme (you may add some extra chives on top for garnish if you like)
  5. Serve with Raw vegetables, crackers or a sliced sourdough baguette.

Stir in the cream cheese and melt. Using paper towels, squeeze moisture away from the spinach and then add to a medium mixing bowl. Add cooked vegetable mixture, mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce to the bowl and mix well to combine. Add salt and pepper as needed.
