Yes, you can store it outside, as long as the ac is on :) Btw, if you are planning to store it longer, make sure you fry the coconut till it becomes rich brown colour. Unakka Chemmeen Chammanthi is prepared by blending together dried prawns with tangy tamarind, red chillies and other spicy aromatic ingredients.

- Heat the dried prawns until it becomes golden brown
- In the pressure cooker, add chopped onions, chopped tomatoes, chopped chillies, add some turmeric powder, chilly powder, add salt and then add some water for enough cooking…now close the cooker…wait for 1 whistle
- Grind the coconut along with cumin powder and shallots…
- After 1 whistle open the pressure cooker and then add the grinded coconut mixture in to it…wait until it boils..
- Then in another pan..add oil..then to heated oil add kaduku..add dried chillies(unakkamulaku) and curry leaves as well….now add this to curry in the cooker…
- Now the cheemeen and mango curry is ready to serve
