  5. In sugar scyrup add 2 crushed cardamom…Add Kesar strands…make thick scyrup..
  6. Make stuffing..take pan on gas add 100 gm kalakanda. Cook it in low flame…
  7. Switch off the flame take kalakanda in a bowl add 2 tbsp desiccated coconut add 2 to 3 tbsp crushed mix dry fruits mix..
  8. ADD 3 TBSP powder sugar mix add1 tsp elachi powder mix…stuffing ready
  9. Make 2 big portion for dough…roll it with the help of roller (Belen)
  10. With the help of glass cut 5 round shape… Remove the remaining edegs and mix it with dough…
  11. Take 1 round shape apply prepared mixture… Cover it with other round cut… repeat the process…roll it..
  12. Add kalakand - - 17… In a bowl take water…. Deep finger apply it in center where stuffing is stuff.. - - 18.fold…. Fry… - - 19..ready to serve
