Steps to make Meatloaf:
- preheat oven to 400°F
- in a large bowl dump in all ingredients except for the catsup
- now get in there with both clean hands, and mash it, squeeze it, turn it, mixit up and repeat
- spray oil on all sides of a corningware dish
- start to form into a big football shape between your hands, and slap it real hard to pack it all together
- place in corning dish and bake for 1
- remove from oven and spread catsup on the top of meatloaf and return to oven for about 30 more minutes
