Instructions to make Afang soup:
- Boil the stockfish,cow meat,snails and pomo for 45minutes.boil till no water is in it again.
- Wash the waterleaves very well and slice.same with other vegetables.
- Blend the crayfish and fresh pepper.
- Heat up the red oil,slice onion and pour in.fry for 2minutes.
- Pour in the water leaves and fry.fry for 15minutes with continuous stirring.
- Pour the boiled meat,stockfish,cow meat,snail and pomo.
- Stir and pour in the crayfish and fresh pepper allow it to fry for 15minutes.
- Pound the uziza leaves for 2minutes and pour in inside the soup stir and boil for 3minutes.
- Finally pour in the vegetable(ugu) and stir and turn off the heat.
