  2. Make ready 4 carrot julienne
  3. Get 4 Green Bell Pepper julienne
  4. Get 4 fresh pepper diced
  5. Prepare 5 fresh tomatoes diced
  6. Take 1 bulb onions dice
  7. Make ready 2 stock cube
  8. Get to taste salt
  9. Prepare 1 tsp crushed garlic and ginger
  10. Prepare 2 red bell pepper diced
  11. Prepare 2 cksp veg oil

Place a large wok or frying pan on high heat. Add in left over oil and heat until almost smoking. Add in ponmo, shaki and snails. Stir fry until meat begins to brown.

Steps to make Snail Stir Fry:
  1. Clean snail, diced and spice to your taste and perboil once is cooked and tender turn off heat and set aside.
  2. Heat up Vegetable oil, add onions, ginger and garlic stir after a minute add tomatoes and pepper
  3. Spice with stock cube and salt to taste; stir and allow it to simmer for about 5mins immediately add snail stir
  4. Add the diced red bell pepper, then the carrot and green bell pepper, stir to mix properly
  5. Simmer for a minute or 2 remember that the veggies have to be crunchy; turn off heat and serve as side dish to family
